Cabañas San Isidro
This legendary place for birding on th east slope is located at 2000 msnm altitud about 20 minutes past Baeza on the road to Cosanga and Tena. They are protecting aproximately 1300 ha of forest in conjuction with Yanayacu Biological Station (YBS).
The lodge and the trails are first class and the birds are as I said, legendary! The conservation efforts and the dedication of Mitch and Carmen are truly commendable.
