Guango Lodge
It is located just 15 minutes past Papallacta on the road that goes to Baeza. This eastern slope, high altitude birding paradise is home for many hummingbirds including the Tourmaline Sunangel and the Sword-billed Hummingbird. The beautiful Papallacta River is home for the Torrent Duck, the White-capped Dipper, and the Torrent Tyrannulet. The eastern slope have some birds not found on the western slope which are a product of speciation.
